HEAT STYLING

Style it, don't torch it

Use a straightener at up to 180–200°C for sleek refresh. Always use a heat protectant and work in small sections.

Refresh curls by warming small sections with a curling wand under 200°C. Let each curl drop and cool completely before releasing for best results.

WASHING

KEEP IT FRESH

1. Detangle gently from ends up before getting your hair anywhere near water. This prevents knots from locking in during the wash.

2. Mix an appropriate amount of Immetee 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner with cold water and soak the extension for at least 10–15 minutes.

3. Move the hair gently through the water. Do not rub, scrub, twist, or wring — this causes tangling and damages the fibre structure.

4. Rinse thoroughly 3–4 times until the water runs completely clear. Product buildup is the main cause of dullness and stiffness over time.

5. Gently press a towel against the hair to absorb excess water. Never wring or twist — even once is enough to cause frizz or matting.

6. Lay flat on a towel or hang to air dry completely before storing or wearing. Finish with a leave-in conditioning spray for extra softness if desired.

Wash every 8–10 wears, or sooner if you notice product buildup or the texture starts feeling stiff.

DETANGLING

Stay tangle-free

Always detangle before and after wearing.
Use a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle extension brush.
Start from the ends and gently work your way up to the base — never drag from root to tip.
If you hit a knot, hold the hair above it and work through slowly. No yanking.
A light mist of detangling or conditioning spray makes this easier.

STORING

Store it like it's worth it

Proper storage is the difference between a ponytail that lasts one season and one that lasts all year.

Store in its original packaging or a silk/satin bag when not in use.
Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colour vibrancy.
Make sure the hair is completely dry before storing to prevent any mildew or matting.
Avoid storing near heat sources (heaters, radiators, in a hot car).
Loosely braid or wrap the ponytail before putting it away to reduce tangling.
