We don't play about shipping.
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking straight away.
- Australia: Standard delivery 2–5 business days. Trackable service — delays can happen (couriers, not us).
New Zealand & International
We ship worldwide.
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- International: delivery times vary based on location

If Your Order Goes Missing
Rare... but we've got you.
- If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, we'll re-ship it at our expense
- For international tracked orders, we'll lodge a claim and issue a full refund once approved

- Pick-up collection is available if your item is in stock
- All collections must be scheduled. We're open mostly Wednesdays – Saturdays
